Visual Narratives

I grew up in Haifa, a city known for its diverse cultural mix. From a young age, I had a passion for creation. I started with stone sculpting—which was an amazing experience, curving raw stone into form using ancient tools. My artistic journey evolved to include drawing and design, which became my career.

Photography presented a unique challenge. stepping out from my studio into the streets,
where making eye contact and observing the world became a new form of creation. Each photographer sees the world differently, influenced by their soul, mind, and personality. When I shoot street photography, I use a critical perspective, resulting in images that are often dark and thought-provoking. This approach isn't meant to focus only on negativity but to highlight social issues and create empathy for the subjects.

The urban environment is a melting pot of cultures, where people coexist in shared spaces. The street is the stage where life takes place. It’s a place where everyday stories, emotions, and moments become a works of art . In the streets at night, faces are softly illuminated by the glow of smartphone screens, people gather around the lottery station with hopes of winning millions, A crowded evening bus, filled with individuals on their way home from work. It's the only place where all these individuals gather together, their tired faces hinting at the quiet melancholy of another day's end.

Photography has given me the chance to explore unfamiliar places and connect with individuals I might never have crossed paths with, capturing their stories in ways I never imagined possible.
